*Roles & Responsibilities
*Responsible for Architecture/Design of EAI/.Net solution.
*Responsible for deployment, Continuous Integration of EAI/.Net solution.
*Database Design.
*Responsible for proposals, estimation of EAI/.Net solution.
*Effective communication and documentation skills.
*Mentoring team members.
*Short term travel requirements
*Skills and Job Requirements
*Design/Implementation of end-to-end EAI - BizTalk Solution (Minimum 4 yrs experience).
*Design/Implementation of enterprise applications under a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
*Experienced in ESB Framework.
*Should be experienced in .NET (Minimum 4 yrs experience).
*Design Patterns in .Net(C#/ASP.Net),WCF/WF,Guidance Package, WSSF.
*Should be experienced in XML technologies: XSD, DTD.
*RDBMS experience, Database Design, Tunning, and Query Optimizing.
*Design/Implementation of BIDS (SQL Reporting and Integration Services).
*Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to work independently and lead/mentoring teams.
