The responsibilities for this position include the following: Administration, Process and Controls · Accountable for governance of the procedures and control framework for Trust3000; insuring procedures and controls are routinely updated and that adherence to acceptable controls can be evidenced. · Insure Processing Teams adhere to acceptable controls which reflect approved Control Standards; suggest additional controls as required. · Recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance overall operational efficiency and risk mitigation. · Implement change to current department procedures which will strengthen internal controls, enhance efficiency, and maximize the use of technology. · Review, revise, and create new Controls Standards. · Create a risk environment which measures ahead and is focused on prevention instead of backward-looking reactive. · Identify trends and contribute to the overall process improvement and risk reduction environment. · Collaborate with the relevant Virtual Teams to insure there is no duplication of effort and to build consensus from the Analyst level up; avoiding a top-down mandate approach. · Accountable for quality control of business information for Trust3000. · Keep current with changing market conditions, regulations, and SEI products and services. Maintain ongoing procedural and control alignment with these changing business. conditions. · Obtain professional certifications where required. · Align with: o Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management to satisfy all regulatory and audit requirements and minimize risk to SEI. o GWS USA and GWS UK controls counterparts; insuring all three controls teams are moving down a consistent path. o TCO Controls' Operations Directors to insure the Processing Teams are maintaining standards of procedures and controls, managing change, and insuring quality. | ||||

Position Requirements |
| · BA BS degree required; preferably in Business. · At least five years professional experience required, with a strong preference for direct operations experience in Trust3000. · Strong knowledge of SEI's services, operating model, technology platforms, and clients. · Familiarity with existing procedures and controls. · Strong writing skills, including an ability to effectively document operational processes via written word and workflow diagrams. · Strong organizational skills, including an ability to manage multiple activities with concurrent deliverables. · Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, workflow diagram tools, and SharePoint. · Strong adaptability and innovative skills. · Experience in Project Management. · Proven problem solving experience required. · Excellent customer service skills. · Strong dedication to quality required. · Must be an effective communicator, with proven experience delivering presentations to large audiences · · |
