Job Title: Sr.Biz Talk/.Net Developer
Location: Memphis,TN
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the current business platforms, product architecture and underlying technologies
Participate in product design reviews and make recommendations for product improvements
Work effectively with our geographically distributed development organization for all of SDLC phases
Design solutions and implement them to ensure all scenarios are covered to help us ship a world class product
Understand requirements, work with product experts, influence product direction and contribute significantly to product specification when needed

Education:
BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with an advanced degree from a leading university - strongly preferred
Skillset Requirements:
5+ years of Biz Talk experience; expert in Biz Talk architecture, development, implementation and configuration
7+ years of .NET and Microsoft technologies
3-5 years of experience leading a small team
Demonstrate a proficient knowledge and deep hands-on experience with Biz Talk 2010 & dealing with EDI Formats
Deep experience with development including .NET (C#) and SQL Server
Extensive knowledge and experience in defining, applying and interpreting software development to drive continuous improvement
Knowledge of TFS and/or some knowledge of IBM WTX and AxWay is a plus
Experience with server virtualization environments is a plus
