Responsibilities: •Systems Engineer is expected to have expert level systems administration skills on both the Linux and Windows server platforms, and should have extensive experience with Apache, IIS, PHP, or Tomcat •System installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, capacity planning, monitoring, and security procedures. Requirements: •High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5 years relevant experience •5 years’ experience in a Systems’ Engineer role with extensive experience with Apache, IIS, PHP and/or Tomcat •5 years system installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, capacity planning, monitoring, and security procedures. •Familiar with caching technologies •Experience with relevant scripting or programming languages (perl, JavaScript, Python, and Ruby). •Experience with automation systems •Experience with orchestration tools |
