US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Direct Client: Scrum Master with .Net Exp needed in CA...!!

Rate: $50/hr C2C Max

 

 

Technical Analyst:

 

Scrum Master: Experience in leading via SCRUM methodology.  
Champion of Best Practices:
1. Promotes standards and practices developed within DS&C IT Ops to offshore/nearshore TAs in addition to providing best practices to our organization  
2. Awareness of best practices for testing practices

 

Experience working with .NET, Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX, Crystal Reports (nice to have)
Benefits:
1. Able to work closely with onsite TAs to share workload of projects, enhancements or production support incidents
2. Better understanding of applications – able to provide immediate guidance to offshore team and eliminates the delay of waiting for questions to be answered via email
3. Able to provide on-the-spot estimates on behalf of offshore resources 

Coordinates with onsite BAs: Reviews requirements 
Benefits: 
1. Able to provide a first-pass review of requirements to ensure thoroughness and clarity
2. Presents requirements to offshore team and answers questions immediately
Coordinates with Onsite TAs: Answers technical questions on behalf of offshore team
Benefits:
1. Single point of contact for resolving all offshore impediments 
Coordinates between Offshore/Nearshore and Onsite Resources
Benefits: 
1. Single point of contact for status of all offshore/nearshore development and testing
2. Accountable and responsible for successful completion of all offshore/nearshore work
3. Responsible for report out of daily tasks for offshore (and nearshore, as needed)
4. Reduces/eliminates need for Chevron onsite resources to participate in late evening calls with offshore.
5. Able to coordinate across multiple time zones (US, India, Mexico, and Manila) consisting of 2 onsite BAs, 2 onsite TAs, 2 nearshore TAs, 3 offshore TAs, and 1 Manila QA resource
6. Able to work across multiple ADM organizations – (For example, current model for Pricing is all Accenture.  If other ADM partner is introduced in the model, needs to be able to work across.)
