Role: Junior Help Desk Specialist
Location: Baltimore,MD
Duration: 6 Months Contract
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of specialized experience with desktop solutions.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and network adapters.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot computer problems, including problems with network communications.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or
three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related fieldor technical institute in computer information systems or in computer repair and two years of experience in microcomputer installation and maintenance and microcomputer software installation and configuration desired.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills including strong verbal, written and listening skills
- Highly self motivated and directed.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
