Data Integration Skill-set
Deep .NET experience
Streaming File competency a given
Workflow Design  Patterns, GOF State Machine Pattern is appreciated
Business Rules, BPM, State Management will be a critical factor
Willingness to move the application forward is fundamental
Application enhancement, modification and maintenance
Experience with Digital Media Management a huge plus
OO Design
Back end .Net/ C# Programming
Database  / SQL Server
Stored procedures
Application enhancement, modification and maintenance
