 Job Description
Essential Skills 
Minimum Qualifications
·  Must be eighteen years of age
·  Must pass the Drug Test
·  Must pass the Background Check
·  Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
Education and Experience
·  Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline.  Generally 7+ years experience in related field.  May require certification.  Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
·  7 plus years experience in related field; 3-5 of which is in a leader/team lead capacity.
·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
·  Experience in systems development and project management.
·  Experience in a matrix management environment.
·  Knowledge of Websphere Commerce Server.
·  In-depth knowledge of SDLC processes.
·  Good working knowledge of Java, J2EE and Web Services.
·  Prior experience leading mid to large sized teams.
