Position: Vice President, Global Client Services, P&C Insurance Practice – EDM (Electronic Document Management) Solution Leader

Location : New York , New Jersey

 

Scorecard: 

 

1.       EDM Solution / Service Offering Development >

a.       Develop an end to end EDM solution for Client to take to market leveraging Client's assets and partner assets

b.      Work with the delivery and client services organization to set up successful delivery of these solutions, in a real client setting

c.       Lead cross functional team in implementing the solution and transition work to Client

 

2.       New Business Development>

a.       Wins in the P&C Insurance vertical leveraging this solution

b.      Revenues from EDM solution

 

3.       Driving Business Plan and Strategy

a.       Contribute to development and own execution of business plan and Go-to market strategy for P&C insurance vertical in EDM

b.      Maintain market intelligence regarding competitor activities and positioning in key target accounts

c.       Identify partners who can bolster the end to end capabilities and offering

 

 

4.       Market presence, brand development

a.       Contribute to establishing Client as a recognized brand in insurance EDM

b.      Build own "brand identity" in the same domain; be recognized as a thought leader in critical industry forums

 

Candidate Profile:

 

·      MBA / PhD / Masters in relevant discipline from a top school

·      10+  years of overall experience, predominantly as a consultant

·      Deep experience with P&C Insurance industry as a consultant or practitioner

·      Deep functional experience in designing and implementing Electronic Document Management solutions at P&C insurers

·      Demonstrated leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills

·      Excellent client management and communication skills

·      Excellent collaboration and teaming skills
