Job Title: Sr. Java - Oracle Identity Management Developer – 4 Positions

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12 Months

 

Preferred Skills:

 

·         JAVA development expertise

·         Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Application development Framework, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Access Manager

·         system integration IT security eco-system (AD, LDAP, WEB) same than the previous reqs

 

Qualifications:

 

·         A expert JAVA/J2EE developer with an emphasis on identity Assurance, Security and System Programming.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

·         Performing systems analysis working with technology architects and Business Analyst to research technology options and proposing solutions consistent with strategy and architecture principles.

·         Performing system, integration and software designs and produce design specification.

·         Leading one or more development projects, working with project manages to provide stable development estimation, planning and status tracking.

·         Developing, re-engineering, testing and debugging software codes

·         Performing system integration with other Visa development teams and 3rd party teams to develop and deploy end to end identity and access management solution.

·         Working closely with QA team to ensure sufficient test coverage and quality of the software.

·         3rd line production support, analyzing and solving high priority issues reported from production system.

 

Required Skills:

 

·         More than 7 years of working experience as developer/architect in a large IT company environment or a product development company

·         Solid understanding and practical experience of software development lifecycle.

·         Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skill

 

Must possess the following hands-on development skill:

 

·         J2EE (Java, JSP, JMS, Servlets, Web Services)

·         Security (XML, WS-Security, SSL),

·         J2EE application server,

·         RDMS, Oracle DB, SQL programming,

·         Development Tools (IDE/Eclipse, SVN, Rational, ANT),

·         OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, Data modeling and schema design.

·         Various OS (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX),

·         At least one scripting language

·         Application performance tuning and optimization,

·         Preference to candidates with experience in Identity Assurance (IAM, PKI, Strong Authentication, Smartcards) and security

·         Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework, Oracle Identity Manager, Weblogic application server are highly desired.

·         Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP are highly desired.
