Oracle HRMS Functional Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 4 Months

Required Skill Set:
• In depth Oracle experience of HR functionality in 11.5.10.2, in particular covering Core HR, Self Service HR, Benefits processes & Performance Management.
• Proven experience of integration with third party payroll systems.
• Proven experience of use of HRMS and interaction with Purchasing and Finance.
• Ability to translate end-user requirements into specifications for IT.
• Proven experience of delivering projects & facilitating acceptance

Responsibilities:  
• Ensure Oracle HR functionality is deployed effectively within PACE by providing support to the global HR community and related PACE users.  Build strong working relationships with the
• business teams.  Increase the value of Oracle within Pace leading offshore HR resource so the Business System Team delivers real business benefit
• Lead offshore resources to ensure development and support in core HR applications, including Self Service.
• 3.Liaise with regional and corporate colleagues to ensure ownership of processes and Oracle functionality within key areas of the PACE business.
• Ensure support for the growth in the SME base within the business to increase understanding and capabilities in Oracle, particularly in HR.
• Combine analysis and project delivery skills to ensure work is of consistently high quality, and meets realistic timelines
• Collaborate with other Business Systems Team members to ensure appropriate solutions are delivered asone package to the business
