7+ years of relevant work experience . Significant development experience in Java/J2EE . User Interface design knowledge is required . Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD) techniques . Expert HTML, JavaScript and CSS Skills . Extensive experience in AngularJS . Experience with Grunt / LESS . Deep experience designing modular, object-oriented JavaScript . Working experience with unit-testing or TDD using various frameworks . Demonstrated ability to working closely with design, turning concepts into web applications . Terrific team player, dedicated to quality-oriented practices - ie: code reviews and pair programming . Experience with Agile methodologies . Experience with performance optimization and complex debugging in JavaScript . Experience with server-side web frameworks such as JSP, PHP, Python or ASP.Net
