Qualifications

Education, Skills and Competencies:

Experience should include but not limited to:

1. BS in Computer Science (or equivalent), relevant professional certifications or proven equivalent work experience
2. 5 - 7 years of Fusion/Web Logic administration running on a Linux Operating System (preferably Red Hat Linux)
3. Extensive experience in installing and configuring web application products in highly available and fault tolerance environment
4. Minimum 5 years progressive experience with web technologies like XML, XSLT, HTML, HTTP(S), LDAP, JSP, Apache Struts, ANT, IIS, Web Services, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, etc…
5. Experience working with UDDI and Registry tools
6.  
7. Minimum 5 years with Java and JDBC connection configurations
8. Minimum 5 years Oracle client DB connection configurations
9. Minimum 2 years writing automation scripts using various technologies (e.g. Bash, Perl, Ruby, Python, WebLogic Scripting Tool PowerShell, VB Script, T-SQL, ANSI SQL, etc…)
10. Must be able to work independently with little supervision
11. Prior experience on projects with federal, state or local government is desirable, but not required
12. Prior experience with ITIL v3 is a plus
13. Be able to work collaboratively with other Infrastructure and Development groups to build, maintain the product roadmap.
14. Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
15. The following technical skills are a plus: Puppet, Oracle DB, Tomcat, Apache, LDAP, Tivoli Monitoring platforms.
