TITLE: Business Analyst
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Watertown, MA
DESCRIPTION:
The Business Analyst will Drive the design & delivery of strategic business solutions through aligning vision, technology, and process. They will be responsible for leading business process design and re-engineering projects related to the Client's internal service operations. They will create a scalable service operation that applies the best of technology, standardization and aggregation to healthcare processes . They will be the bridge between line operators and software developers, and must feel equally at home communicating with both. They must be a strong analytical problem solver who could have been a software developer, but prefers greater interpersonal challenge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and provide expertise on complex, technical projects from concept through analysis, design and execution
· Achieve radical, measurable performance improvements in a scaled service operation
· Process and system design to convert vision into achievable technology and process re-engineering goals
· Data-driven analysis and prioritization of complex operational tradeoffs
· Support Projects through software development lifecycle and operational implementation
· Manage relationships across technology and operations
Qualifications:
· Strong analytical problem-solving skills, deep quantitative skills
· Understanding of data usage for daily management of analytics
· Proven success at business process reengineering in line operations
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their practical application
· Understanding of the software development life-cycle and processes
· Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
· Ability to work collaboratively, on cross-functional teams
· Exceptional communication skills
EDUCATION:
A Bachelors Degree in relevant field, Masters Degree is preferred but not required
