Mandatory Functional Skills	1. Experience with all phases of applications life cycle including analysis, design, programming, testing, installation, and maintenance 2. Strong knowledge of JSF, Primefaces, Richfaces, CSS, HTML, Javascript, JQuery and Ajax 3. Extensive knowledge of CSS, including CSS driven layout and debugging for rapid development; experience with development tools such as Firebug 4. Strong Working Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., JQuery, prototype) 5. Knowledge on Adaptive design and Responsive Web Designs 6.  Experience with Agile/Iterative Development Methodologies 7. Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility. 8. Understanding and practical browser-side performance considerations 9. Good Communication Skills - both oral and written
Desirable Functional Skills	1. Application Performance tuning 2.Telecommunications Industry experience 3.Experience working in Firewall monitoring applications 4.Develop and maintain effective relationship with business partners
