US CONSULTING - CONTRACT New Requirement for Sr. Level Test Developer in San Ramon, CA

 

Our client is in need of a Sr. Level Test Developer.

 

Location – San Ramon, CA

Duration – 6 months +

 

Phone interviews only and communication skills are very important.

 

Must have skills / technologies:
                * Ability to think outside the box is a must!
                * Fast self-learner
                * Hands-on experience in designing, writing and running automated tests for SOAP and/or REST web services
                * Intermediate or better object oriented programming skills in any of the following: Java, Groovy, Perl, Python, JavaScript
                * Must be able to analyze and improve complex XML structures / WSDLs / WADLs / XSDs
                * Able to learn, analyze and test complex business flows across sophisticated SOA systems
                * Tools/systems experience (intermediate or better): SoapUI, JMeter, LoadUI, JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, Unix, RDBMS / SQL (any db) or similar.
                * Understanding of enterprise-size networks

Highly desired hands-on experience:
                * WebMethods or Software AG products
                * CI/CD/Automated Build & Test integration  (Jenkins, Maven etc.)

Optional, but big plus to have any of these:
                * banking/financial industry knowledge
                * EAI, middleware, or other integration testing experience
                * FIS CoreBanking or any FIS products
                * CRM (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive...) test experience
                * ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Baan, Oracle Applications, JDE) test experience
