3-5 years experience developing business applications in a full software development life cycle environment using Java, J2EE technologies - preferably using RUP or Agile methodologies;
2-5 years of experience building applications using Java, JDBC, EJBs, Hibernate, JUnit -- familiarity with Swing is a plus;
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, Postgres or other open source databases;
Experience with Tomcat, Oracle OC4J, JBoss or other application servers;
