Description :
• Experience with analysis, design, programming, maintenance phases of applications life cycle.
• Software development experience in Java, J2EE(MVC frameworks, EJBs, Webservices, JMS, Spring) and JBoss application server. Experience in any portal frameworks like Liferay, Gatein, weblogic preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Iterative Development Methodologies
• Experience in understanding IT and Business requirements, designing components at High Level and Low level.
• Experience in Telecom domain is a plus
• Experience in leading a team/module.
Ensuring the development completion on-time and defect free.
• Responsible for educating the offshore team members of the requirements and the proposed design.
• Supporting the defects raised by the test team at System test phase and User • Acceptance test phase.
• Supporting production releases of the developed application.
• Telecommunications industry experience
• Experience in leading teams
• Meet deadlines with a high degree of quality in a multi-tasking environment
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
