                                    iii.            Automating queue management / changes

                                   iv.            Technical documentation /  ops guides / transition to

                                     v.            Provide L3 (JPMC internal) support to Pharos + other JPMC IT groups + HP Proj Team; take escalation calls from JPMC L1 Help Desk + L2

                                   vi.            Looks like a Microsoft MCSE w/SQL + MS and Web Scripting experience is core skillset requirement …
