Project Specific SDLC - Agile, Scrum, Sprints, Estimating

Java skills -  Core Java, Multi-Threading, Collections, Exceptions, Generics, Serialization, IO

Java EE - JSP, Servlets, JMS (Java Messaging Service), EJB (Enterprise Java Beans), MDB, Junit

Project specific technical skills - JSF, Spring, Struts, Web Services, Hibernate, Design Patterns 

n-Tier Architecture (UI/presentation layer, middle layer, database)

XML, XLST, Parsing, HTML - Data Transport

Good communication skills, collaboration, teamwork and problem solving

Database technology - DB2, Oracle, other

Integrated Development Environment/IDE - Websphere/RAD, Eclipse

App Servers - Websphere, Tomcat, Weblogic 

Deployment & Implementation - Linux, ANT, Maven.
