BA/ project coordinator who has worked on Production support projects, Documentum exp is a better or else any other document management system exp. 

location NJ must be able to interview in person, 6+ months contract

 

Production Support/ Customer Service with the following required qualifications:

 

experience managing a business critical Production application

 

Documentum application support experience or knowledge or user of document management systems

 

Experience with working in a validated/regulated GMP environment is a plus

Sharp problem solving skills

 

Customer focused

 

Able to understand the sense of urgency and business impact of a Production issue

Pharmaceutical experience would be huge
