Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview: Phone followed by Face to Face Required: Strong experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications for corporate external and internal web sites.   Experience in UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and prototype development using Axure. (Axure is not a requirement but candidate must know about it) Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities between stakeholders, consulting, etc.). Five or more years of experience in business analyst role. Self-starter that can work with diverse stakeholders and with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint skills appropriate for business analysis documentation Desired:  Healthcare Industry Experience Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field Business Analyst Certification (IIBA) Two or more years of .NET C# development (all versions up to and including .NET 3.5) in full life-cycle developer and analyst role. One or more years of PMI/PMBOK style project management. Will work on specific projects which could include the Individual Online Application for web site. Will communicate with current team on requirements, status and issues. Could be involved in documenting business and functional requirements, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing, statements of work, test plans, user testing, coordinate of approvals and implementation.  Analyze varying solutions and provide strategic recommendations with an eye on functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate. Current technology is:  .NET 3+, C#, SQL 2008, Visual Studio 2008 Team System, Harvest, JavaScript, XML, SSIS, web services, Sitecore, MS Office, Visio, MS Project.
