Position: Web Analytics Implementation Engineer

Location: KOP, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description

 

The TrueAction Analytics team is currently seeking a Web Analytics Implementation Engineer.

The Implementation Engineer is a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for managing 

multiple web analytics tool implementation projects in a client-facing environment.  

 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.

• Experience in a technical consulting role including implementation of a more robust web 

  analytics tool like SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, or Web Trends.  Vendor certification a plus.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Good working knowledge of common web protocols (HTTP, FTP).

• Experience implementing a/b testing tools like Test & Target, Monetate, SiteSpect, 

  Google Website Optimizer a plus.

• Experience in retail e-commerce preferred.

• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls) a plus.

• Knowledge of interactive marketing initiatives (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Comparison 

  Shopping Engines, Email) a plus.
