As a follow up on the Agile / Scrum team resource requirement, client is looking for and also see below email about Agile experience. 

Skillset needed is Java, Oracle (or other RDBMS) and some domain knowledge besides a few other experience mentioned in the document.

Any Agile method is fine: XP, Scrum, DSDM, Crystal.
