Requirements:
7-9 years of overall experience. Experience in a lead role, both on and off shore members.
Experience with banking applications, Basel frameworks a PLUS.
Deep experience with with an Open Source  technology stack
Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Core, AOP functionality, BeanFactory, Spring Web Services etc)
Hibernate as the ORM
Strong Core Web Services knowledge(WSDL) Experience with RESTful helpful, but if they have SOAP that is acceptable. JAXWS,JAXRS or JSON is helpful
Agile methodology expertise a plus.
Proficient with SQL
General OO principles. Patterns, Code refactoring techniques etc
Experience on high availability, internationalized applications with a large user base.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
