Business Analyst

Duration: 3+ months

Location: Minneapolis, MN

 

Need a Candidate Expertise with the Saba 5.5 LMS functionality.

 

 

Job Duties:  

Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements

Develop high level implementation plans

Facilitates workshops and process models

Perform as a Team Leader when necessary

Performs cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and ROI (return on investments)

Performs feasibility analysis

Possesses technical background in required applications and tools

Produces data and process models.

 

 Responsibilities would include:

• Work independently, but provide clear and regular status to team lead

•           Facilitate requirements gathering with business process owners and requestors

•           Document detailed design for technical development

•           Create and execute system testing scripts, validation test scripts

•           Assist with defining and executing user acceptance testing

•           Drive to effective decision making, issue resolution, timelines and deliverables.

 

Required: 

 

Excellent business-oriented, self-motivated functional consultant needed for the implementation of several small system enhancements.

This resource must have great communication skills and have strong Business Analysis skills.

This resource must also have demonstrated in-depth functional expertise with the Saba 5.5 LMS functionality.

Prior work experience at large, complex organizations a plus
