US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Need for . Net Architect, Raleigh, NC

Hi Partners,

 

Position: .Net Architect

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12 Months
Rate: Open

 

Required Skills:

·        Minimum of (8) years’ experience in Classic ASP and .net technologies to architect, design, and code current web-based and possibly uplift to next generation web-based system

·        Experience in web-based system design, development and support

·        Strong technical experiecne in the following specialized areas of application system programming:

o   Classic ASP, VB Script, Java Script, HTML, DHTML, CSS, ASP.NET 4.0 or later, Visual Studio.NET 2008 or above, C#.NET, Team Foundation Server, SVN, MS Sql Server 2008 or later, web-related technologies (including XML, HTML, CSS, VBScript, JavaScript, IIS)

·        Must be well versed in designing MS SQL databases, MS Sql Server Stored Procedures, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

·        Knowledge and experience in Web Service standards (SOAP, UDDI, WSDL)

·        Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills

·        Demonstrated skill in preparing implementation plans to multiple platforms


Preferred Experience/Skills:

·        WCF, web services, JQuery, .Net Membership Providers and LINQ

·        Designing & working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)

·        Service-oriented architectures (SOA)

·        Object-Oriented Programming
