Required Skills:

Resource would manage the requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria; 

Own the 'current' version and ensure it is made available to all.  

Work with MicroStrategy to identify changes to existing scope; 

Evaluate impact and communicate to business for informed change decisions.  

Expand pre-sprint evaluation schedule; initiate coming sprint reviews and capture all requirements, 

Minimizing rework/change at the end of each sprint.  

The project will start with Data migration to the IPS data warehouse, but all aspects of BA required.
