Position description.
•       SAP Basis
•       Good understanding of purchasing process.
•       At least 2 eSourcing implementations.
•       5 Full lifecycle SAP implementations as SRM/MM / Purchase-to-Pay lead
•       Good knowledge of ASAP methodology
•       Auto industry background preferred
 
•       Incident mgmt
o       Analytical skills – understand issues reported by user, analyze application for resolution
o       Understand related business process and apply knowledge during issue resolution
•       Problem Mgmt
o       Research in detail to identify root cause / lessons learned
•       Service level mgmt
o       Understand and follow agreed process (ITIL)
o       Respect and consider SLAs allocated to sustain work
•       Client relationship mgmt as this is a client facing role
•       For the backoffice eSourcing Team player  - we are not looking for heroes but for people able and enjoying working in a team
•       For the CCoE leads eSourcing: team lead skills, lead a team in terms of functional leadership and workload mgmt
