Job Description:
The client is seeking resumes for SAP HCM system support contractor. The candidate will be working directly with development team members and functional/business analysts. As part of the technical support team, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the HCM functionality within our SAP implementation.

Experience required:
Description of Duties:
· Support HR business administrators in their daily operation
· Collaborate with system support team members to gather, interpret, document and clearly define functional and technical requirements
· Help resolve defects, both NS development issues or SAP software bugs
· Maintain documentation for functional specs and testing scripts
· Develop and execute test scripts, create test data, and validate test results
· Support PA/OM integration points with other areas of HCM such as payroll, compensation, benefits, and recruiting
· Support PA/OM integration points with external NS systems and SRM/Finance implementations
· Monitor and support OSS messages with SAP support
· Assist BASIS with performance issues in ECC
· Retrieve and analyze ECC data using underlying database tables
· Maintain PA/OM Configuration
· Provide security/role development support
· Build business plans, strategic direction
Work Environment:
· Business casual. Candidate must work 8-5 in Roanoke, VA.
· Some travel may be required, not-to-exceed 10%
· Time management is crucial in a fast-paced environment of competing priorities and resources
· Recordkeeping, including time recording against labor/project/incident/enhancement codes important
