SRINI Ph: (972) 756- 1212 x123 Senior QA/Tester -- Dallas, TX - 14+ month contract This Dallas-based industry leader has an immediate 14+ month contract opening for a Senior QA/Tester.  Will be responsible for manual testing, analyzing, reconciling, measuring, and reporting findings on pre-determined deliverables that may affect validation efforts.  Will identify project risks/gaps and evaluate alternative operational efficiencies and process changes for testing division.  Will track and report issues and recommend solutions; monitor quality control; and make presentations to management, sponsors, and/or vendors as needed. Required Experience: 6+ years of experience creating test cases, test harnesses and/or scripts. 6+ years of manual software testing experience (functional, integration, system). 6+ years of experience working within a heterogeneous platform environment (Unix, Mainframe, Windows, etc.). 4+ years of experience/proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 4+ years of experience working with Quality Center and ClearQuest.
