Location: Indianapolis
Duration: Long term

Job Description:

This role is data-driven and strives to leverage a multitude of internal and external information to educate, enlighten and optimize our web presence. While this role is data intensive, it requires the strategic business aptitude to transform the output of web data into actionable recommendations to improve sales conversion supported by business cases, ROI, and proven success metrics upon implementation. This role will also include special projects that require research, database knowledge and sales reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This person should be familiar with user-centric and usability guidelines, have experience working in Agile-type environments and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practice
• Lead ongoing expansion of the e-commerce program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools http
• Plans and performs analysis of e-commerce activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing e-commerce applications
• Assist organization with the process of capturing, reporting, and maintaining critical application attributes related to online usability and sale conversion
• Lead online sales conversion initiatives focused on redesign of payment processing, purchase order payment options and online data collection procedures
• Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning, enterprise-wide cross-selling, loyalty programs, and identifying touch points through multi-channel applications.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and assist with lead conversion through process design, systems integration, and multi-channel marketing
• Analyzes, interprets, and makes online sales conversion recommendations based on gathered data, in the form of formal proposals and/or presentations to upper management.
• Establish marketing project management policies and guidelines that improve the organizations ability to execute e-commerce projects with greater consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
• Familiarity with a variety of PMO styles and are able to successfully implement those with IT management teams to establish and enable the processes required to consistently categorize, prioritize, and initiate projects
• Lead efforts to evaluate, select, recommend and implement appropriate SaaS & custom developed system solutions that enable delivery of technology-driven customer services

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of demonstrated experience in tactical deployment and or re-launch of e-commerce applications
• 3+ years of hands on knowledge developing business requirements for the of implementation and integration of DTC e-commerce solutions; .NET development environment and/or Wordpress development/administration preferred
• Extensive experience with usability and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices including developing test models for A/B & Multivariate testing
• Experience with performing gap analysis related to technology, resources, and institutional knowledge necessary to deliver and execute a successful channel rollout.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties especially at the senior management level along with strong interpersonal, team building and organizational skills are a must
• Management & Six Sigma methodologies a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills; advanced experience with Microsoft Office required

Need  wordpress front end guy who know PHP and can take design file and turn them into working wordpress templates. The candidate should also have experience coding wordpress plugins.
