Job Description:
· 7-10+ Years total IT experience
· 3-6+ years experience in supporting Active Directory (Windows 2003 and Windows 2008)
· Strong troubleshooting skills on Active Directory Services
· Strong skills on service pack and patch deployment
· Strong technical knowledge on Domain, Partition, Replication, DC, FSMO, LDAP, KCC, Group Policies, DNS
· Strong skills on networking concepts, Windows Operating System
· Intermediate skill on scripting, support tools, WINS, FRS, DFS, AD FS, DHCP etc
· Intermediate skill on performance analysis
· Familiarity working with Peregrine Service Center or equivalent incident management system
· Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies.
