Role: Crystal Reports Writer w/ Business Objects
Location: New York
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Interview Process: Phone HIRE (Candidate from EAST COAST only)
Summary of Responsibilities:
Looking for an experienced Report Writer with skills in Crystal Reports and SQL primarily for writing Remedy reports.
Skill Requirements:
Focus report development for Remedy ITSM 7.6.4 system.
Experience of Business Objects Enterprise Repository.
Produce Quality reports using PL/SQL, SQL Developer & Crystal Reports.
Provides day-to-day technical assistance and support for Remedy reports.
Works with various areas to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing reports solutions.
Work to globalize current reports to avoid having the many iterations of the same reports globally
Good understanding and hand on experience on building and managing Universe. Preferably Remedy ITSM 7.6.04.
Experience with building Webi (Web Inteligence) reports
