Job Title: Dot Net Developer

Must Have Skills:
MCSD: Microsoft certified software developer Web applications or MCPD: Microsoft certified professional developer specifically in ASP.net and web application development
Strong problem solving capabilities and general programming skills
Strong object oriented programming skills and theory such as object oriented patterns
Understand and hopefully have experience in class inheritance, linq, sql, session state, process, threads, security, interface design, jquery, AJAX, CSS, personalization and customization, MVC, DOM,
Understand and know when and how to use view state, caching, session and other concepts including managing IIS and application pools
Good experience in forms, object-relational model classes, data access and abstraction and three tier architecture
Experience in UI Design,
Worked with third party controls such as infragistics, dundas, etc
In addition, this person should have database skills with .net as front end.
Oracle: good exposure to sql using Oracle. Understands oracle analytic functions and can fix queries that has these functions.
Exposure to PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages. Understands RDBMS basics.
