About the role:

- The SCM APO Livecache Sustain Analyst is responsible for the successful delivery and operation of the technology/process and deliverables related to the implementation and sustainment of SAP SCM APO Livecache.

- This role assists in the fit analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout of large-scale SAP SCM APO Livecache solutions, with primary focus on post-implementation support. He/she will provide functional knowledge and develop deliverables within context of individual role.

- The SCM APO Livecache Sustain Analyst will assist user community in identification and remediation of all production issues related to SCM APO Livecache. Must have knowledge of master data structures and basic processes in order to identify and correct any production related issues in the SCM APO Livecache module.

- The SCM APO Livecache Sustain Analyst gathers process redesign requirements; coordinates and participates in development activities and support the testing and implementation of package-based application software.

- Responsible to build expertise in interface and data conversion requirements, capabilities and limitations, and setup and configuration issues associated with product modules in specialty area(s).

- The position will understand the purpose, roles and activities related to a solution demonstration lab (SDL) and participates in applying this technique to facilitate application design and implementation.

- The SCM APO Livecache Sustain Analyst must maintain conceptual understanding of enterprise software package solutions and related implementation issues from a technical perspective.

- Establishes credibility at all levels within the user community and builds problem-solving partnerships users and colleagues.

- Will assist in any project development activities related to SCM APO Livecache to assure that the delivered system is designed for sustainability and long term support.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must have knowledge of master data structures and basic processes in order to identify and correct any production related issues with SCM 7.0 APO Livecache

- Must have experience in the implementation and support of the APO components focusing on collaboration, planning execution and coordination across the adaptive supply chain network

- Must know processes and configurations in the area of Demand Planning, Supplier Network Planning, Supplier Network Collaboration and their integration with ECC 6.0 through Core Interface (CIF)

- Experience with planning safety stock, replenishment and deployment of materials through the supply chain using the Optimizer while managing the shelf life of materials efficiently to minimize wastage

- Ability to direct the activities of ABAP resources to correct deficiencies identified in deployed systems and/or develop minor enhancements in deployed code

- At least 3-5 years experience working with the SCM APO Livecache component of SAP through at least 2 full cycle developments

- Experience in working in a post deployment sustain operations of a deployed system of SCM APO Livecache

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate degree in a technical discipline

- Appropriate SAP certifications in SCM APO Livecache a plus
