Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, business or information systems, or equivalent experience Work Experience: •3 - 5 years experience as a Systems / Business Analyst for web and mobile based projects. •Able to conceptualize and think creatively •Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. •Persuasive, patient manner and team leadership capabilities •Previous experience eliciting requirements through interviews, follow up, mock-ups •Strong hands-on work with use cases is required;use case exercise will be given as part of interview process •Preferably supply chain projects but can be learned.Online shipping reservation and rates similar to airline industry •Must possess skill sets and demonstrated, proven experience developing,improving and streamlining processes to meet established goals and objectives. Requires the ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.Some positions may also include proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications |
