Job Description:
Our direct client is looking for a Sr. Telephony CTI/CRM Specialist with expertise around call center design, CTI delivery via Avaya AES CVLAN and TSAPI.
The consultant must have significant experience with Avaya Call Center, CTI and CRM design, Avaya ASAI, CVLAN and TSAPI protocols.
Avaya Interaction Center, voice portal PBX/ACD, application enablement services, routing platforms and call recording experience is needed.
Required Skills:
Experience with Avaya Call Center, CTI and CRM design, Avaya ASAI, CVLAN and TSAPI protocols.
