Job Title                        Python Application Engineer Project Location            Cupertino, CA Duration                         6 months /Contract Skills Required and Job Description: Interview Mode: PHONE FOLLOWED BY Face 2 Face Seeking Python Application Engineer with Application Support experience Must have Python programming – Web application level at the Frontend. Responsible for deploying systems, maintain different applications and web services. Will automate things and must be aware of REST and SOAP APIs and python scripting. Will have to write new Python scripts to interface with REST APIs – Experienced in continuous integration especially Jenkins customization/deployment. Application Support experience: Deployed & Maintained web services Install and deployed the infrastructure itself Experience on Web server/containers setup and deployment of Web based applications Must have experience with Web Services – (what a web server is, how web applications are deployed, solid Server Side experience DESIRED: Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence/CROWD) experience is preferred GIT/GERRIT is a plus JIRA/Confluence/CROWD administrator with in-depth knowledge on the database schema, expert in deployment and migration and well versed with the SOAP/REST APIs is highly desired
