Job Title                        Webspher BPM Analyst Project Location            Tallahassee, FL Duration                         6 months /Contract Skills Required and Job Description: Interview Mode: Telephonic Customer is modeling and gathering requirements with the intent to develop a system based on WebSphere Business Process Manger to support the application and annual update processes. This SOW provides the services of a Business Architect and a BPM Analyst to determine the larger scope of work to build the system. Activities during this initial phase include: Understanding and defining the preliminary business, technology and Architecture vision, objectives and viewpoints. Scope, constraints, expectations Business goals and objectives Business functions Business Services Business Processes Business Roles Business Rules Correlation of business, organization and functions Selecting reference models, view points and tools to leverage. Process discovery, optimization and opportunities Align, illustrate, and communicate business processes and value chains in terms of people, processes, information, and technical capabilities. Work with business domain experts and applies the industry knowledge to capture current state business processes, as well as applying goals and objectives in determining and documenting future state process through the creation and maintenance of current and future business process models using Modeling tools. Creation of BPM Meta Models using level 1,2,3,4 decomposition for refining the business requirements to realize services, rules and other components etc. Creating process models to present and facilitate development of BPM/SOA based solutions
