- Experience with 5+ years plus Java/J2EE including strong hands on experience with jsp's, business objects, servlets, controllers, beans, forms and DAO's  - Experience with system and application performance monitoring  - Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies will be a plus.  - Experience with Flash/Flex technologies ? Experience creating XML / XSD specs and Web services using SOAP  - Excellent technical/analytical skills (e.g., systems design) and/or strong programming and design skills.  - Complete understanding of software development life cycle and quality control methodologies.  - Solid Object Oriented skills  - Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies such as Spring Webflow, Spring MVC  and other Spring technologies.  - Experience with database management  - Understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices  - Heavy experience with BEA Weblogic Application Server and Oracle database  - Experience with Client-side/Presentation skills such as html, css, javascript, etc  - Deep understanding of Multiple Point of Presence ? Experience with Source Control Systems such as Starteam, CVS and/or Accurev  - Experience in development toolkits like Eclipse and SQL Navigator
