Position#1: Business Analyst (HPQC experience)

 

Skills:

·        Experience as a Business Analyst with business process re-engineering.

·        Documenting business processes, drafting future state, ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies understands technology.

·        Experience working with vendor products (installed base of Requisite Pro and HPQC) which have a different set of constraints and require a different approach than custom development

·        Prior experience in research administration, so they need to be able to learn quickly.

·        Ability to work independently.

·        Excellent communication is the key for this position  

 

Position#2: Business Analyst (HPQC and UAT Testing)

 

Skills:

·        Experience as a Business Analyst with business process re-engineering. 

·        Documenting business processes, drafting future state, ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies understands technology

·        Ability to learn technology and map technology to business requirements

·        Deep experience in requirement elicitation and documentation (including RTM, Wire Frames, Reporting)

·        Experience with requirements management tool (HPQC preferred)

·        Ability to support system testing

·        Ability to draft test cases

·        Ability to manage UAT including drafting UAT test cases and enabling business UAT

·        Recent Agile BA experience is a nice to have

·        Excellent communication is the key for this position  

 

Position#3: Business Analyst (ITS PMO Source expertise)

 

Skills:

·        Expertise in elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and requirements for ITS PMO sourced projects.

·        Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably with strong user interaction and full lifecycle business analysis

·        Essential skills in data mapping and analysis, gap analysis and system analysis

·        Experience with requirements management tools required (HPQC a plus)

·        A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies e.g. SDLC, Agile and Waterfall

·        Facilitate user acceptance testing and draft UAT test plans, ensure test data available and draft test cases

·        General understanding and application of various business process improvement methodologies, techniques, and tools (BPMN, ASQ, Lean, Six Sigma, etc)

·        A solid understanding of business analysis and process improvement best practices and the ability to apply them in practice

·        Executive Level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and facilitation skills 

·        Excellent MS Office and Visio skills

·        Expertise in SQL queries, data analysis a plus

·        Experience working with data warehouses or databases a plus

·        Experience with integrations a plus

·        CBAP certification preferred

·        Excellent communication is the key for this position
