Java Developer
Required Skills & Experience
Java/J2EE--5 years, Ant/Maven--3 years, Struts 2.0—1-3 years
· Develop new web services in weblogic J2EE for all kiosk needs.
· Strong J2EE development skills will be required along with a working knowledge of eclipse and JAVA
· Strong experience with shell scripting, build and deployment knowledge is required.
· Strong J2EE development skills including EJB, JSP, Servlet, & Web Services running in an Oracle WebLogic/ESB environment
· Web development skills including HTML & JavaScript
· Strong development knowledge in struts2, AJAX and JSON API is required
· Strong knowledge in developing $Universe jobs in Linux environment
· Strong knowledge in JMS messaging is a plus
· Strong knowledge in Linux system
Activities/Task:
· Develop a web based and web service oriented application in J2EE weblogic and eclipse environment.
· New application will require new development and conversion of functionality from two existing applications.
· Analyze structure and functionality of an existing backend system interfaces.
· Integrate new application with the existing backend web service systems
· Build the standard build and deployment scripts.
· Develop new $U jobs in Linux shell scripting.
· Application will include reading/writing data stored in a new relational database in Oracle Server.
· Develop J2EE back-end services to manage remote systems, interface with existing back-end systems, and support customer service needs
· Develop a web interface to the J2EE services that manage remote systems & support customer service needs
