Need to have: HTML, CSS, Selenium and Headless testing
Position Objective:
This position requires an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and maintain testing scripts for our client and its subsidiaries. The QA Engineer will be responsible for automated and manual testing of websites, back-end systems, and business processes.
Job Requirements:
· Automated and manual testing of member and insurance web apps
· Test infrastructure maintenance and ongoing efforts to increase testing coverage
· Validation of data transfers, file transfers, and data syncing

- Testing Back-end Systems 25%
- Testing Framework Design 10%
- Testing Framework Architecture 10%

- Must be customer focused and able to work in a collaborative environment
- Must be capable of working in a fast-moving and agile environment
- Must understand the importance of building right-sized technology solutions
- Must be able to align technology with the organizational goals and objectives
- Must be able to work with business analysts to discuss and learn requirements
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
- Must have strong time management, prioritization and scheduling skills
- Must be able to foresee risks, and communicate appropriately
Experience:
· Creating test cases from user stories and informal specs
· Testing automation tools (we use Selenium 2/WebDriver)
· Familiarity with modern web programming practices, technologies, and security issues -- and their impact on testing
· Cross-browser testing, awareness of browser compatibility issues
· Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
· Modern scripting language experience, especially with Python
· Experience with black-box and white-box testing
· Familiarity with version control (i.e. git and Subversion)
· Familiarity w/ Agile process or experience working in cross-functional teams
· Unit testing and unit testing frameworks
· Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
· Continuous integration tools (i.e. Jenkins)
· Ability to review and comprehend code written by other programmers and testers (in Java, JavaScript, and Python)
· Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databasesRegards,
