| The Systems Analyst 3 will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Edify IVR platforms for OAG-CSD, which interfaces to the OAG-CSD Network Managed Services ACD network. The worker will provide ongoing development and analysis efforts of the existing call flows and interfaces of the platforms and provide recommendations for potential efficiencies in the current system.
Worker should have extensive experience in development, deployment and maintenance of Convergys Edify EVIP solutions in a self-service client environment. Development of large scale IVR based platforms with a TDM and VoIP telephony interface is required. Experience with Cisco UCC-E system interfaces is preferred. |
