Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode: F2F required after telephonic Required: Looking for Member Benefits Contract experience and good knowledge of Medicare Guidelines. IT Testing Validation for ICD 9 to ICD 10 is required. Updates Facility and Professional contracts with bill types, CPT/HCPCS, ICD9/10 diagnosis and procedure codes and DRG codes on a yearly basis or as determined by the provider contract. Reviews reports to ensure accuracy of data loaded in the Provider contract files. Generates daily pended claims report, research, analyze reasons for pending claims and determine resolution as issues relates to facility contracts and system configurations.   Identifies, tracks, researches questions and assists in the resolution of system problems and testing.   Develops complete business specifications and screen designs for MCS and HCS system enhancements/modifications, recognizing any gaps and deficiencies and making recommendations to enhance current processes.   Validate system modifications and perform user acceptance testing for I10 related changes, such as field expansion, code conversion, business rule configuration, and other related updates.   Perform post production validation to ensure accuracy of file releases. Analytical Ability Strong product knowledge Strong problem solving skills Work in a stressful environment Detail oriented Organized Innovative Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years experience in Hospital claims processing Prior supervisory experience required Experience working with mainframes and PC’s required Business Analysis Skills
