Green Card, EAD or US Citizen Interview Mode:- Telephonic then F2F MUST HAVE • Minimum 5 years of QA experience • Excellent skills to debug code, analyze failures, trace defects to root cause • Experience with Web based applications • Experience with Agile or Iterative methodology • Working knowledge of variety of QA frameworks and tools; experience and ability to provide recommendations of tools • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in business and technical terms • Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities within a rapidly changing business environment • Excellent follow-though and strong attention to detail • Highly motivated; self starter • Ability to maintain strong partnerships with peers and members of a cross-functional teams • Strong collaboration skills and appreciation of standards NICE TO HAVE |
