"Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of IT experience with a background in systems analysis, writing specifications such as user requirements, technical specification, validation documentation, and enterprise application support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to work naturally/well in a team environment, across functional areas and regional and global country locations
Solid foundation of knowledge in the following areas
o Software application architecture
o Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management
o Techniques for system documentation such as use cases, business process models, and entity relationship diagrams
o Gathering and documenting business requirements
o Gathering and documenting functional requirements
o Gathering and documenting user (stakeholder) requirements
o Create and manage to agreed traceability matrix
o Assists or lead in Integration and Acceptance Testing
o Project management and supporting tools and maintaining/updating project plans
o Participate and contribute to implementations
o Provide post-implementation support
o Understanding of Integration technologies
o Support the development of training and implementation of those materials"
Preferred Skills*
"o Enterprise application software used within a life science company or healthcare industry.
o Experience developing compliance documentation in support of customized OTS systems in a GxP environment.
o Knowledge of GAMP standards
o Experience with company and site integrations on a global basis
o Strong skills in software packages; Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Microsoft Project
o Certified Software Business Analyst (CSBA)
