Duration: 6 months
Experience Required: 5+ years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:
1. Responsible for working with Project and Customer teams to define, implement and support their Salesforce.com initiatives
2. Assessing customer needs, defining business processes/workflows, developing functional requirements, application configuration/administration, managing test plans, and post deployment support activities
3. Interacting with the client for the requirements, queries w.r.t the applications
4. Should be capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences and vice versa
5. 1-2 years experience in Salesforce.com.
Desirable Technical /Functional Skills:
1.Salesforce.com certification would be an added advantage
2.Knowledge of Insurance industry and CRM
3.LOMA certification is an added advantage.
