Hello All , We have urgent need on Performance Tester (LoadRunner) located at Lake Forest. Please go thru the below requirement and let me k now if you have any qualified match.

Performance Tester (LoadRunner)
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Duration: 6 months

Job Requirement Details:
Beginning at Jan 1 through June 2013 - 6 month contract with possible extension, based on projects/workload.
LoadRunner Consultant - scripting in LoadRunner (Virtual UserGenerator & execute scripts)
Scripts used across multiple systems - SAP, Grainger.com, Web SAP Portals applications
varied experience on the high end - current version of LoadRunner is 11 (most current version) - nice to have this version, but if they have older versions that is fine too
communications skills a must - working with Test Management Team & BSA's that know various systems
person should be independent & able to train on how they have used LoadRunner in the past
phone screens initially, may ask for face to face or another phone interview with 1 or 2 more LoadRunner guys for technical questions

Project or Assignment Overview
This assignment includes all aspects of Performance Testing (Test Planning, Automation, Execution, and Reporting).  The consultant will work on various tasks across multiple projects and technologies (Web, SAP, Services) as needed.  They will assist in process improvement initiatives within the Performance test team.

Required Skills
1. Experience in the design and creation of performance testing scripts using LR VUGen 9.5 and/or 11
2. Experience in the design and creation of performance testing scenarios using LR Controller 9.5 and/or 11
3. Experience in analyzing and reporting performance test results using LR Analysis 9.5 and/or 11
4. Ability to create performance test plans
5. Experience with other HP tools (QTP, ServiceTest, Quality Center) including Installation and Upgrading the software

Nice to have:
1.  Experience in the development and maintenance of new and existing QTP scripts for Web and SAP applications
2. VB Script development in support of the QTP tool
3. Ability to enhance existing test scripts to incorporate framework components
